Women’s Retreat 2026: Reflection, Empowerment & Sisterhood

Join us for an intimate and transformative evening dedicated entirely to you. Step away from the noise of daily life and enter a sacred space designed for deep reflection, healing, and connection and fun!

This evening is a gentle invitation to bring your awareness back to yourself, exploring powerful teachings on how to truly honour your needs, your boundaries, and your journey. Together, we will cultivate a safe container of sisterhood to release what no longer serves us and step into our collective power.

🌟 What to Expect:

Sacred Cacao Ceremony: Open your heart and set your intentions for the evening.

Empowering Teachings: Learn practical and spiritual tools to bring awareness back to oneself and deep reflection on how to truly honour yourself.

90-Minute Guided Breathwork: A powerful, somatic journey to help release stored guilt, shame, and stagnant emotions, while learning to honour the body exactly where it needs to be.

Sound Healing: Using sacred frequencies to align your energy, restore inner peace, and awaken the body's natural capacity to heal.

Sacred Feminine Practices: Gentle integration to reconnect with your intuition and inner wisdom.

Shared Dinner: Conclude the evening by grounding down with a warm, home-cooked meal shared in the company of beautiful, like-minded women and to the end the night with laughter with sisterhood kareoke.
