    Event description

Join Juliet and Kia for a immersive workshop designed for women, to guide you on a journey of compassion, reflection, and connection. Throughout the afternoon, you’ll have the opportunity to engage in a unique blend of carefully considered activities aimed at strengthening your introspection, stepping into your authenticity, and connecting deeply with others.

    What to Expect

Arrival and Settling In (2:00 PM): Arrive and take some time to settle into the space, preparing yourself for the afternoon ahead.

Self-Care Rituals: The afternoon begins with a nourishing self-care ritual. As we nurture our individual selves, we’ll come together to craft a collaborative altar, symbolising our collective journey. Bring flowers and other natural pieces to add to the altar, which will form the centre piece of the day.

It’s common to feel paralysed by life’s uncertainties. Within a collaborative art project, you’ll discover the liberating power that comes from letting go and taking inspiration from others.

Expect Oracle cards and poetry, plus time to reflect in a safe space.

Values Setting: Using nature as our inspiration and art as our canvas, we’ll immerse ourselves in a value setting exercise. The connection between values and authenticity is profound and integral to your sense of self. When you align your actions with your core values, you’ll experience authenticity – a congruence between your inner beliefs and outward expressions. On the contrary, if there's a misalignment between actions and values, you may experience internal conflict and dissonance. Having and living in alignment with your values can improve self-esteem and confidence. Creating art helps you reach the hidden aspects of yourself when words fall short. It enables you to engage your emotions and the intuitive parts of your mind and body. Art validates individuality, enhances self-worth, and encourages introspection. While Juliet takes on the values exercise, Kia will guide you through an intuitive painting exercise, allowing you to experience the freeing power of letting go. You'll use materials like wax, ink, fluid acrylics, and natural elements.

Self-Love: Learn powerful techniques to redirect the love you generously give to others back onto yourself, nurturing a profound sense of self-compassion. Delve into the depths of human connection and experience the transformative power of deep connection and empathy as you engage in soulful exercises.

Nourishing Meal: We’ll conclude the day with a shared meal, celebrating the connections and insights gained. We invite you to bring some nibbles to add to the table.

    About Juliet

I am a clinical hypnotherapist with a Masters degree (MSc), in Consciousness, Spirituality and Transpersonal Psychology. My clients and their stories are what’s made me the therapist I am today, the way I learned to help people differently. To help people understand the screams from their heart, body and soul. I love watching people unfold and emerge as they build the courage to open the door to their most intimate thoughts. Human feelings that we all experience but try to run from. The bits of ourselves we don’t like and attempt to fight. The parts we push away instead of leaning into with curiosity. But most of all, we try to hide. I believe strongly, when you permit feelings, you give yourself the opportunity to understand. To learn more about yourself. To know yourself, who you are, what you need, how to speak your truth. To find your joy and success. My intention is to provide a space for you to feel brave enough to be vulnerable. You can read more about me and my work here.
