Women's Leadership Program Series 2 - 2026

This immersive residential experience offers a chance to pause, learn, reflect, and connect with a diverse network of women leaders in a supportive and nurturing environment.

The Women’s Leadership Program is a 3-day residential retreat for mid-to-senior women leaders looking to lead with purpose, navigate complexity, and drive meaningful change. Through practical strategies and peer learning, participants will build confidence and presence, learn to influence effectively, and explore gender-based workplace challenges.

Inclusions

Escape to a stunning retreat in regional Victoria, set in the picturesque Yarra Valley or Hepburn Springs area. Enjoy two nights in a private suite with all meals included.
