    Event description

Join us for a supportive and interactive workshop designed for women in midlife (and everything before and after) to explore and nurture living well in this modern and fast-paced world. Unspoken words that should now be spoken more and more in the community and workplace.

Spend an evening with Health and Wellness Coach Sadie, who will guide you through the complexities of midlife and uncover the essence of who you are and what you bring to the world.

A small group setting to boost your self-awareness, master mindfulness techniques, and equip yourself with the tools needed to navigate midlife confidently and with ease.

It's the perfect time of the year to pause, self-reflect, and ask yourself ‘Where am I in my life right now?'. This workshop offers an engaging space to explore this question and more, guiding you toward a deeper understanding of yourself and your own wellness journey. Sadie will invite you to enjoy a moment of silence and stillness, ensuring you leave the evening feeling calm.

Learn how to listen to your inner self, nurture your wellbeing, and plant the seeds of positive change. Discover ways to bloom into your best self this spring. Let's embark on this wellness journey together and you may even wish to join the private Facebook page Wellness Words for Women after the workshop.

Enjoy a light supper and refreshments. You will also receive a workbook and complimentary copy of Sadie's self-published memoir about her personal story and her experience with early menopause at age 44.

Reserve your spot today! Start your wellness journey with Sadie and blossom with inner clarity and intention this spring.

    You deserve it!

This is part of a series of Women's Wellness Community Workshops which Sadie will host at Partridge House, Glenelg throughout the year. A beautiful historical house offering a perfect space to connect and network with other women.
