Sharing 20 years combined experience in multiple healing arts, leadership, empowerment, meditation and mindfulness, music, theatre and performance arts, and programs designed to guide individuals towards their higher vision, Sophie and Elisha hold a safe, transformative and wholly nourishing space for you to explore whatever it is that you are seeking.

SUNDAY 28 APRIL (Visioning, Closing Ceremony & integration).

• Sound Journey & Stillness Meditation (Ether – Understanding Ether and stillness as a portal to our intrinsic connection to all energy within and around us)

• Vision Board + Crystal Sprays

• Smoking Ceremony, Closing Circle & Final Sharing

Weekend Intention:

Reboot, Recharge, Expand, Heal, Discover.All of these segments are designed to lead us inwards, to our true heart space and soul expression, into world’s of wisdom that are contained within and around us. This weekend will expand your understanding of our Energy Fields, and our ability to receive the language of our intuition, that is offered from our natural world, and whispers through our intuition as the constant language of synchronicity. We explore this language as communication from the plants, the elements, and the field of potential we call on to attract into our lives whatever we will allow ourselves to imagine.

Through practical tools that help us listen, open, expand our ancient, inbuilt intuition… we can perceive in new ways and remember our Soul Vision that came here to create, that knows our path, and assists when we let go of controlling, analysing and learn to trust.

Sometimes the complexity and over stimulation, responsibilities and expectations of the world dampen our natural spirit and leave little room to play, to explore our own magic. It is intended that you will leave this weekend with practical tools for family, work and everyday living that you can use to stay balanced.

These tools will assist in understanding your energy as influenced by the world around you, and keep you balanced..With these tools, we are certain that you will feel more peaceful, content, inspired and empowered... to be you.Your true you, more frequently, with a strong toolkit to navigate emotional waves..It is a reboot, recharge, deepening of our Wise Women connections, and invitation to receive each others wisdom.

CAMPING: This is a bush retreat so we choose to be as close to the Elements as possible. This is an opportunity to get outside your normal routine. We recommend swags & tents. If you require assistance with a bell tent at additional cost please contact us.

There is a cabin available for 2 people to share single beds at $50pp for those requiring more convenience or assistance.

BRING: Camp gear (self sufficient), Swim Gear, Journal, Torch, Musical Instruments, Poetry Pieces, Crystals, Cards, Toiletries.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations received within 14 days shall receive a 50% refund, or voucher for a future Retreat.

Cancellations from 7 days will not receive refund, but may be transferable to a future retreat.

Elisha is the Founder of Xantaya Health, focused on uplifting and empowering our Human Family through Individual and group healing and education on mind–body-spirit balance, community connection and creative projects. She is an Intuitive Healer, Mindfulness Coach and Artist, with her foundations in a Specialised Diploma of Bowen Therapy and Life.

Her life path includes 7 years as a NZ Army Officer, Graphic designer, Singer, Miner, Bowen Therapist and Intuitive Sound Healer, all of which now assists her dedication to holistic health and reconnective therapies. Insight and experience has been drawn from her work, sport (incl rugby, touch, netball, ultramarathon) from life challenge and the subsequent freedom borne through inner exploration and Australian van life touring.

Elisha's own personal journey through anxiety, fear and insecurity, to a heart 'awakening’, has facilitated a deeper understanding of the inner workings of our mind and how we can become free from our destructive and limiting, mental and emotional patterns. She supports her audience towards a heightened state of being, that we may consciously create our life experience with meaning. She draws on the wisdom of many ancient cultures and Shamanic understandings of our natural world, which flows through her voice during Sonic Dreamweaving Sound Sessions, facilitated locally and globally.

Teaching disabilities showreel

Sophie Cook is an actress, burlesque dancer, teacher and a flamboyant Mistress of Ceremonies. She has acted on national and international stages including The Sydney Opera House. She has toured with Joan Sutherland Performing Arts Centre, Bell Shakespeare Company, The Edinburgh Festival and with Shorter and Sweeter. Sophie's burlesque alter ego 'Legs 11.11' has performed at many venues and events, festivals and cabaret lounges across the country. She has a beautiful gift in the ability to gently (or flamboyantly) bringing our your shyest, most expressive, heartfelt voice, song, dance... even if you have forgotten what that feels like.

Her gifts and passions include teaching acting and movement to children and adults with disabilities; and burlesque to groups of women (and one man) most recently creating a burlesque troupe in Wollombi that performed ‘Wild & Wanted’ at the recent Wollombi Festival.

Sophie discovered self healing with crystals over 20 years ago and is now practising crystal healing. She will facilitate a chakra balancing meditation using crystal energy. Chakra’s are the systems of our Bio-electric energy fields, discovered hundreds of years ago by many Eastern cultures and addressed in traditional medicine practices.

These energy centres need cleansing, rebalancing & realigning as they govern our wellbeing. Crystals have a perfect frequency and structure that positively effect our subtle bodies when we come into contact with them. Laying them on the chakra points of our body is deeply relaxing, revitalising and easily absorbed without effort. Sophie will inspire you to get out your crystals, dust them off and work with them. Please bring some along if you have some favourites!.
