You are warmly invited to a deeply nourishing one-day Women’s Embodiment Retreat, held at the beautiful Umina Beach Yoga studio.

This intimate retreat is a sacred space for women of all ages and life stages to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and come home to their feminine wisdom through embodied practices, storytelling and sisterhood.

Whether you are in your early twenties exploring womanhood, preparing for conception, pregnant, a mother, a grandmother, or moving through a life transition — this space is for you.

Guided by experienced women’s work facilitators Candace, Pip and Jenna, the day will weave together grounding practices, movement, breath, sound and story to support deep connection, reflection and renewal.

Together we will gather in circle, move our bodies, breathe deeply, share stories and honour the many seasons of womanhood — all within a safe, supportive and nurturing environment.
