About Faith Agugu

After migrating from her native Nigeria and attending school in London, Faith Agugu was attracted to a life of service in her youth. Her first job after leaving school was working as a volunteer in a not-for- profit organisation in London, working with children from troubled backgrounds.

Her love of creativity and fashion inspired her to spend the next three decades in the fashion industry, working as a catwalk model, then launching her own business, Raw Fashion Agency in her new home country Australia, nurturing and representing local fashion designers. Faith discovered her love of education in her teaching role at FBI Fashion College in 2006.

Approaching her 50th birthday, Faith heeded the siren call to return to her early roots and help others. The perfect poster girl for midlife reinvention, Faith obtained her Bachelor Degree in Social Science, majoring in Counselling & Psychotherapy. She currently does healing work with her female clients at her private practice, The Healing Process, to tackle the challenges of menopause and midlife.

In 2018 Faith launched Silver Sirens, Redefining Ageing, creating an age-positive community to challenge the negative narrative that surrounds women and ageing.

About Roxy Lee

Rox Cooper Lee is an American-Australian music photographer, social entrepreneur, and founder of Blue Guitar Project. A direct descendant of Timothy Matlack, who penned the Declaration of Independence, Rox built the Blue Guitar to finish what he started — reimagining freedom for the next generation through music, art, and culture. It’s a modern protest against inequality, for possibility, and for the freedom to dream.

Her journey into photography began unexpectedly after meeting Katy Perry in Sydney with her unfinished blue guitar body in hand. Inspired by that encounter, she began building both her dream and the guitar simultaneously, adding a new piece after each major artist she photographed until it became a rockstar-ready instrument. Today, the Blue Guitar embodies 45 iconic artists — including Beyoncé, Lady Gaga, Joan Jett, Public Enemy, Ed Sheeran, and Justin Bieber — and stands as a symbol of the freedom to dream.

Rox went on to establish Blue Guitar Project, a global nonprofit empowering young people to pursue their dreams through music. Its signature initiative, the Blue Guitar Music Lab, enables schools around the world to collaborate with the music industry on a single anthem. In 2025, Blue Guitar will release Rise Up — a global anthem featuring young people from seven countries, alongside emerging and major artists, carrying a message of love, harmony, and the freedom to dream.
