aka highly acclaimed talented chef Lachlan Colwill,
who has been delighting dinners at Omotenashi Hobart with "Rouseabout"
aka gifted creative pastry chef Sophie Pope
in Rathmore heritage Wool Shed dating from 1828.
Succulent Rathmore bred Lamb and unbelievable fresh Derwent Valley produce will feature paired with award winning Invercarron and other local wines, non alcoholic shrubs and beverages.
"Smoko" of tea, coffee, dessert and cheese will be served on vintage china on antique tables in the Stables under a rusty chandelier.
Fascinating stories of ” The Early History of Rathmore House at Hollow Tree” will be shared.
