Work Smarter, not Harder - Practical AI for your Business and the Human Side of Working Smarter
Description
What if working smarter wasn’t only about finding better technology, but also about understanding how to work better as a human?
Join the Mosman Chamber of Commerce during Small Business Month for an evening exploring two sides of smarter work: how we use the tools available to us, and how we manage ourselves while using them.
Kolin Cunningham, Principal at Bokkas, will demystify AI and share practical ways small and medium businesses can use it to simplify workflows, improve efficiency and make technology work for them, without getting lost in the jargon.
Laura Gutierrez, founder of The Love Approach Project, will explore the human side of working smarter, looking at how stress and pressure affect the way we think, respond and perform. Through an interactive introduction to Emotional Fitness and breathwork, Laura will share practical ways to create greater calm, clarity and focus, helping you respond more effectively when work gets busy, challenging or uncertain.
Together, the sessions will offer a different perspective on productivity: because working smarter isn’t only about doing more in less time. It’s also about having better tools and greater human capacity to navigate the demands of modern business.
Whether you’re curious about AI, looking for practical ways to reduce overwhelm, or simply want to work with greater focus and effectiveness, you’ll leave with ideas and tools you can put into practice straight away.
Come along, connect with other local business owners and discover practical ways to work smarter, not harder.
Please RSVP for catering purposes. RSVP by COB Tuesday 27th please!
Entry is free for Chamber members, and for non-members just $25.
