Through an interactive introduction to Emotional Fitness and breathwork, Laura will share practical ways to create greater calm, clarity and focus, helping you respond more effectively when work gets busy, challenging or uncertain.

Together, the sessions will offer a different perspective on productivity: because working smarter isn’t only about doing more in less time. It’s also about having better tools and greater human capacity to navigate the demands of modern business.
