Park in The Oaks Car Park.

Please bring gloves, sturdy footwear, long sleeves, hat and water.

Tools and bags provided.

Working bees:

These are scheduled for the third Sunday of the month from February to November. Closer to the date, we'll let you know which activity we'll be doing.

Working bees typically focus on pest plant removal, mainly the invasive Pittosporum in Screw Creek NCR, Thompson Reserve and Ayr Creek Reserve, and preparation for planting days. We also remove Sea Spurge from the Inverloch coast, assist planting days with Bass Coast Landcare Network.

South Gippsland Conservation Society Inc. is a not-for-profit organisation based in Inverloch, Victoria, Australia. It was founded in 1976 and aims to promote and preserve South Gippsland's natural resources and encourage conservation education.

We hold regular excursions, workshops, and speaker nights, with activities that enhance our community's knowledge of the local environment.

We also operate Bunurong Coast Education - scheduling activities for the community during holidays and occasional weekends, with rock pooling, the dinosaur dig, astronomy, spotlighting and more. School and tour group excursions also available.
