This working group will focus on 'Conducting Gemba Walks'

With guest presenter Mr Gavan Scaroni – CI Lead at Thales - Brisbane.

Gemba – the actual place where the source of the real truth exists.

Is the Gemba approach an embedded behaviour in your business? It should be.

If you are a leader of people and processes, a problem solver or a design engineer then this is an event for you.

Come and join us as Gavan shares his insights on how Gemba has become a foundation stone of their OPEX journey at the Thales Eagle Farm factory.

Our events are an excellent forum for networking and engaging in 'peer to peer' learning with other members. To get the most out of the event you need to attend the event with a willingness to contribute to group discussions.
