Working Group | Building a Culture - A case study from Opal Paper
Event description
This working group will focus on Building a Culture - a case study from Opal Paper
Our businesses deliver customer value through our people.
People often talk about the culture in their businesses, good or bad, as what we repeatedly do.
Is the culture in your business or department what you want?
Have you consciously developed your culture or has it just evolved over time?
There are two ways organisational cultures happen.
Organically over time they evolve or alternatively they can be designed with conscious thought in the activities that generate the culture you desire.
In this working group you will have the opportunity to discover how to create your desired culture or to share with others what you have done to create the culture in your business.
Our events are an excellent forum for networking and engaging in 'peer to peer' learning with other members. To get the most out of the event you need to attend the event with a willingness to contribute to group discussions.
