Workplace Respect Series - Women 4 STEM & AHA
Event description
From Insights to Action – 2025 Workplace Respect Series
Building on the success of last year’s WorkWell Respect Program (WWRN), we are bringing together past participants and industry leaders for a four-part event series designed to turn insights into action. These series will provide opportunities for accountability, knowledge-sharing, and meaningful conversations about driving real change in STEM & Hospitality workplaces.
Join Women 4 STEM and Australian Hotels Association (AHA) Victoria for a collaborative session where we'll discuss what our industries have in common and why we are passionate about addressing gendered violence in the workplace. Hear stories and strategies from leaders across the industries as they explore the different ways gendered violence is experienced based on identity. Our open panel discussion will also provide a supportive space for participants to reflect, share, and discuss their experiences in applying program learnings within their organisations.
