About Us: Luma’s Body Esteem Program is WA’s only community-based eating disorder service with a focus on peer support. They offer a safe space for all individuals impacted by eating disorders to make informed decisions about their health and wellbeing, and provide hope that recovery is possible. The majority of services within the BEP are facilitated by people with lived experience of an eating disorder and subsequent recovery or have been in a support role. They share their knowledge, and experience where appropriate, to enhance understanding and support. BEP also offers Art Therapy, Dietetic services and medical monitoring with a Nurse Practitioner.”
