Do you have a story to tell?
Whether you dream of writing stories and poems, illustrating picture books or drawing comics this workshop is for you. Brenton E McKenna, graphic novelist, and Shane McCarthy, writer, will share their tips and tricks in this hands-on workshop for adults. You’ll also have time to ask for feedback on your ideas or work from the creatives and from your peers.
This workshop is suitable for all levels of experience and forms of storytelling. Whether you have a full draft or just the spark of an idea, we’d love for you to join us!
Light refreshments will be provided. Please bring whatever material(s) you have with you, including drafts, sketches or a portfolio, as well writing and drawing materials. Don't worry if you don't have anything, we'll have some materials to share.
