Workshop: Unlocking Event Management Success

Would you like to learn how to create meaning in the design of your event by better understanding the components that will contribute to its success?  This workshop will provide important information for planning, concept development and creating a good strategy to deliver successful events across a range of fields, including corporate settings and larger events such as festivals and concerts.  The areas covered in this workshop will include:

• Creating your vision statement for the event;

• Understanding all the components you need to include in your strategic thinking;

• Discussion around the ‘build elements’ that form a key role in event planning;  and

• Creating a realistic budget for event delivery.

The workshop will be delivered by Rae Baker of Rebel Female.  With over two decades of hands-on experience in the events industry, Rae helps individuals, organisations and businesses map out processes to ensure their event is a success.
