This two-week session is an abbreviated version of the six-week Writing for Wellness Workshop Series that promotes well-being through different writing forms, encouraging participants to explore and reflect on their experiences. Our facilitator guides exercises in expressive, short fiction, poetry, and other writing forms, emphasizing experimentation and individual preferences. Participants can develop a writing practice that supports their mental and emotional well-being in a safe and supportive environment, using writing as a tool for self-reflection and emotional processing.
