Medical Considerations

Breathwork is very supportive yet can be a powerful healing modality that can create shifts physically, emotionally, and energetically. While generally safe and deeply restorative, it may lead to physiological changes such as increased heart rate, altered breathing rhythms, tingling, emotional release and lightheadedness.
