Hello and welcome to my women’s circle! I am so keen to connect with you and guide you in this experience. 
Join us for an uplifting gathering where women come together to connect, share, and grow. In a warm and nurturing environment, we’ll engage in heartfelt discussions, explore ways we can relax and practice mindfulness. This is a space for support, inspiration, and empowerment.

If you have never been to a circle before, this is a safe space. I pride myself on creating a judgement free, comfortable and cosy space that you can come and just be YOU for a couple of hours. When was the last time you carved out that space and time for you? How long has it been since you were able to just let go and be truly, authentically yourself? 

Let me help you to find your way back to self again in a place where you are supported and held to be whoever you are. 

As women, we spend so much of our time nurturing others, it is time to pour back into your own cup and embrace the wholeness of your own identity. 

Through a series of carefully crafted activities, journaling and reflection, sharing and listening, relaxing and resting with mindfulness and meditation, you will leave feeling the fullest version of yourself. 

What to bring:

• Yoga mat

• Blanket for comfort and warmth when doing our beautiful meditation

• Journal

• Water bottle

• Wear comfy clothes that you can relax and rest in
