Hi, I am Hollie and I am passionate about sharing my love of healing with others. I am a certified Breathwork facilitator and see the amazing benefits the breath has for our body. Of course, it is our life force, and without it we would not be here. However, most people are not breathing to their full capacity, and I want to make it my mission to help them see what breathing effectively looks like, and the health benefits that can come from it.

I am also a certified Reiki 3 practitioner and believe the body has the ability to soothe itself and understand how the gentle power of Reiki can bring relief as well as support other medical interventions.

My training has included NLP (Neuro Linguistics Programming) which focuses on the connection between neurological processes, language, and behavioural patterns. I love this as a modality and use this often throughout all of my coaching, both one on one and group work. Throughout this journey into NLP, I also became a certified Hypnosis practitioner which is a gentle modality that speaks directly to the subconscious mind.

I facilitate monthly Women's Circles where I infuse all of my learnings and hold space for women who have lost their way and are looking for a soft and nurturing space to come together with likeminded women.

Outside of all of this, I am a qualified Early Education and Primary Education Teacher and see the benefit that grounded adults have on children.

I truly love being in a position to help others and support women in particular, to make significant change in their live through a combination of learned skills and lived experience. Your story matters too, I am here to support and help you find your way to a more fulfilled life
