Harvest season is a time in the cycle of life, that invites us to enjoy the replenishment and nourishment of the earth.
This yin practice gives love to the whole mandala of your body, the template of wholeness, that sustains you.
During our yin immersion Tim & Elise from Source88 support the experience with gentle sounds from Crystal Singing Bowls, Gong, Koshi Chimes, Crystal Pyramids and more, allowing you to relax and unwind at a deeper level.
In our savasana we bathe in the sounds to integrate the practice, allowing the blissful vibrations to wash over and throughout the whole body, mind and spirit.
Replenish yourself, take time for you, pause to honor and attend to your well-being.
