Our Sound Healing Bath will take place in the beautiful open room of
Miami Beach Surf Life Saving Club - on the top floor next to the ocean.

Please bring:
~ Yoga mat
~ Bolster and blocks if you have one
~ Blanket to keep you warm
~ Eye pillow - option to purchase our organic, handmade lavender eye pillows on the day.

There is no flexibility or Yoga experience needed, just come with an open mind and ready to receive.
