Join us on Monday evenings for weekly Yin yoga and sound bath, a welcoming space to nurture the union of body, mind, and soul.
✨ Each class offers its own flow, blending meditation, nourishing Yin shapes, and the soothing resonance of crystal sound bowls and other healing instruments, supporting deep rest and a return to bliss. Lavender cotton eye pillows are offered to elevate your comfort and enrich the sound experience.
🪷 I’ll guide you with clear instructions and demonstrations, allowing you to relax into the practice and make it your own.
