Begin your week in peace.
Join us every Monday evening for Yin yoga and sound, a space to drop into the body, quiet the mind, and center through deep Yin postures, gently infused with mindfulness and gentle sound waves.

✨ Each class begins with a grounding meditation, moves through a deep Yin yoga practice, and closes with the restorative tones of crystal sound bowls. An hour to reset, recharge, and realign.

🪷 I’ll guide you with simple, clear instructions and demonstrations so you can relax into the practice and make it your own.
