Yin and Sound Evening: Winter Solstice
Event description
A nourishing evening involving yin yoga, a sound bath and sharing circle in honour of the Winter Solstice. Tea and snacks provided.
Please bring water, blanket, pillow, yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes. Yoga mats and props are available to borrow at the studio if required.
