Yin Sound Resonance - North
Description
✨ Yin Sound Resonance - North ✨
What is Yin Yoga?
Yin Yoga is a slower, meditative style of yoga that involves holding seated or lying poses for longer periods to stretch ones deep connective tissues, fascia, ligaments and joints. It promotes flexibility, joint mobility, and mental calm through sustained, gentle stress on the body and presence.
Sarah will offer variations for each pose for all levels from beginner to experienced yogi's.
What is Sound Healing?
Through a combination of rhythm, vibration, melody and tone, Anita will create a sonorous sound journey with her carefully chosen instruments, vocals and intuitive musicality.
