Event description

Sound . Movement . Breathwork
This Yin Soundscape experience
harnesses the power of sound, scents and vibrations to restore harmony within your nervous system.
Immerse yourself in the resonant frequencies produced by instruments such as singing bowls, gongs and chimes, this sets an environment for your mind and body to enter a state of deep relaxation and energetic balance.

Our Yin Soundscape welcomes everyone, whether you’re a beginner (lots of options) or a seasoned Yinster!

Combining Yin Yoga and a Soundbath may offer a range of benefits that combine the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of wellbeing:

🎶Deep Relaxation: Both practices promote relaxation, allowing participants to release tension and stress from the body and mind.

🎶Stress Reduction: The calming effects of Yin Yoga postures and the soothing sounds of a Soundbath can help reduce cortisol levels and alleviate stress. Yin Yoga focuses on holding poses for longer periods, which can increase flexibility and joint mobility over time you, will be offered varied options to suit your unique body.

We begin this Yin soundscape vibration meditation with gentle movement and breathing techniques to allow the body and mind to open to the sounds and vibrations. Let go of tension and stress, quieten the mind, and allow the sound and vibrations to shift your nervous system into relaxation, guiding you towards the theta state of NSDR (Non Sleep Deep Rest).

With your consent, Trace may offer the option of incorporating localised vibration therapy throughout the session. This therapeutic technique supports the well-being of your nervous system by activating the rest and digest branch of your nervous system.
