• Deep Yin Yoga: Release tension and find stillness in extended Yin poses.
• Healing Soundscapes: Immerse yourself in the resonant tones of Taonga Puoro, medicine songs, and rhythmic instruments.
• Cultural Connection: Experience the profound healing traditions of Māori and Central American cultures.
