Welcome, you're in the right place!
This weekly yin yoga class runs on Thursdays from 12 January 2023 onwards, 5-6 pm.
We will gather at the peaceful Freshwater Wellness Center to find stillness, ease and peace together. The studio has mats and blocks but please bring with you your own bolster and any other props you might like.
