Relax and reconnect with yourself with a low impact yoga class perfect for all levels and absolute beginners.
These classes are designed to reduce stress and pain, increase flexibility, improve sleep quality and manage stress better.
Learn how to listen to your body and support your health and wellbeing with mindful yoga classes.
Each class includes a guided meditation to support the mind to switch off and promote complete relaxation.

🌻Tuesday 7pm Pregnancy Yoga
🌻Thursday 6pm Gentle Yoga
🌻Thursday 7pm Spiritual Embrace Class (Meditation and intuitive activities)
🌻Friday 9:30am Mum & Bub Yoga
🌻Saturday 8:00am Mindful Yoga
🌟Casual class $15
🌟10 class pass $115 ($11.50 per class and can used at any of Kim’s yoga and spiritual embrace classes.)
