An invitation to connect with the energies of the Full Moon.

The watery tides within are at their peaks and during this event we will allow them to flow freely through a moon salutation finishing in some restorative yin shapes all the while receiving a nourishing sound bath.

Enjoy some gentle breathing techniques to deepen our body awareness and allow the healing vibrations of crystal sound bowls to wash through the entire being.

This is a safe space to be curious about the moons energy, she will be in the sign of Aquarius - a time of creative rebellion, craving freedom and a time to embrace what makes you unique.

An intuitive energetic meditation will start the event and I welcome you to bring a journal and a pen or paper as there will be time after the sound bath for you to free write or reflect on your intentions set over the new moon.

You will need:

Yoga mat
Water
Pen/Journal/Paper
Optional if you want your own pillow or blanket - (All props needed will be available)

I will offer:

Warm Tea + Journal Prompts
Hand on adjustments - PLEASE let me know privately if you wish NOT to be touched. I will check in again on the day :)
