What to Expect -Â
We invite you join us in the worldwide celebrations for the United Nations International Day of Yoga and experience the benefit of the wonderful practices of Yoga Asanas, Meditation & Kirtan to relax your body, mind and spirit!
Whether you have a regular self-care practice or just getting started this celebration has everything to help you to take a step forward in your wellbeing journey.
The event includes
- Gentle Hatha Yoga Session
-Â Kirtan/Mantra Meditation
-Â Yoga Nidra (full body relaxation)
- Sound Bath with Tibetan bowls
- Vegan / vegetarian refreshmentsÂ
All the tickets are donation based with all proceed going to cover the cost of the festival and offering free ongoing Meditation programs to the community.
FAQ:
*Is this celebration suitable for complete beginners to Yoga?
Yes, anyone will benefit from this celebrations! You do not need any prior experience to Yoga.
*Do I need to bring anything?
A yoga mat, 2 pillows or 1 pillow & bolster, blanket, eye pillow (optional) and water bottle.Â
*Can I come straight from work?
Yes, there are bathrooms and a change space for you to use.
*Is there parking available?
Yes plenty of street parking and car park.
*Do I need to book?
Bookings is essential for everyone's comfort and catering purposes.Â
* Can I help/volunteer at this celebration?
We are a nonprofit organisation so any help will be greatly appreciated!
