Yoga Flow & Sound Bath (August) - Feel in Flow
Event description
You are invited to an evening yoga flow and sound bath that will refresh and replenish your body and soul whilst supporting you to feel in flow with life.
Connect first and foremost with yourself, along with kindred spirits and kind hearts joining you in this water-inspired yoga & sound healing session.
Wind down the day with some slow flow yoga with Nicole Hindson, who will take your body and mind on an imagination journey. You can expect 45 minutes of grounding meditation, breath work, light stretching upfront and a slow vinyasa flow to help you land and shake off the day.
Post your slow flow Vicky Keeler will facilitate a 45 minute sound healing experience allowing you to settle in for some self-reflection, rest and relaxation in a sound bath that will leave you feeling refreshed and replenished for the week ahead. You will be guided to explore what the heart craves and how best to flow with confidence and curiosity. Instruments used within the sound bath include gongs, Tibetan bowls, crystal singing bowls, drums, chimes + more.
WHAT THE EVENT WILL INVOLVE:
- Yoga (45 minutes)
- Sound bath & guided meditation (45 minutes)
- A space to connect with yourself and others through movement, breath, sound and community
- Nibbles & tea
- Sharing Circle (optional)
WHAT TO BRING:
- Yoga mats & cushions available at the venue
- Blankets (limited number available at the venue)
- Eye mask
- Journal /pen (for any post sound bath notes/reflections)
- Water bottle
- Open heart & mind
***You will be lying down for 45 minutes during the sound bath - please bring any items that will help you to feel comfortable that may not be available at the venu***
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early. No previous experience with yoga or sound healing is needed.
