About Me
She/ her, wadjela living on beautiful Whadjuk Noongar Boodjar (always was and always will be). A qualified yoga teacher and late-diagnosed neurospicy gal.
I'm white, cisgender, queer, and able-bodied (according to the NDIS, although I do consider my ADHD & HSP to be very disabling in some contexts).
I wish ADHD yoga existed, so I'm creating it!
