These classes are for you if you'd like to:
- invite more ease into your body, mind and spirit
- experience mindful movement and breath
- explore a little more flexibility, balance, strength and agility
- invite in more relaxation, peace and calm
- continue, resume or begin your yoga practice outdoors
- practice yoga in the park during the beautiful Brisbane Spring time
- explore a sense of feeling grounded as we practice under the canopy of the tree
