Yoga in Perth Street Park - Summer holiday 4-class Series.

These classes are for you if you'd like to:

experience mindful movement and breath
explore a little more flexibility, balance, strength and agility
invite in more relaxation, peace and calm
continue, resume or begin your yoga practice outdoors
practice yoga in the park during the beautiful Brisbane Summer time
explore a sense of feeling grounded as we practice under the canopy of the tree
