Yoga in Perth Street Park - Summer holiday 4-class Series. 

These classes are for you if you'd like to:

• invite more ease into your body, mind and spirit
• experience mindful movement and breath
• explore a little more flexibility, balance, strength and agility
• invite in more relaxation, peace and calm 
• continue, resume or begin your yoga practice outdoors
• practice yoga in the park during the beautiful Brisbane Summer  time
• explore a sense of feeling grounded as we practice under the canopy of the tree
