Welcome to Yoga + Meditation + Community <3

Intentionally created to bring people together in a supportive and inclusive environment, this warm and welcoming session offers a community haven where you can find balance, connect with others, and nourish your well-being. Our 60-minute class is all about taking care of your mind and body, as we move through a variety of yoga postures, incorporating breathwork, stillness, and meditation.

I am dedicated to making wellness and adventure accessible to everyone. If you're just beginning your yoga journey, this space is perfect for you. All bodies are welcome, and everyone is encouraged to come as they are. We strive to keep our sessions as accessible as possible. Yoga Mat (Check Op Shops if you dont yet own one)
Pillow or Blanket for comfort (optional)
Your own mug to join us for tea after class if you like!
