The incredibly popular Yoga Nidra classes are back! 

Rest your mind, restore your body and rejuvenate your energy in this powerful practice every Thursday evening. In this deeply nourishing 1.5 hour class, you will experience ultimate relaxation through Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep.

Restorative Yoga is a slow, gentle and mellow practice with passive, meditative stretches. Most poses are supported by props which allow you to completely relax and let go. After becoming present and grounded in your body, we will practice Yoga Nidra where you will be systematically guided to the state of consciousness between waking and sleeping which induces physical, mental and emotional relaxation.

• blankets and pillows

• blocks or bolsters if you have them

• we will provide Yoga mats but feel free to bring your own

Your Guide:

Lauren Hill is a Yoga Teacher, Life Coach, Photographer and Director of Camp Wondergirl. She has been teaching Yoga for over 5 years with certifications in Vinyasa, Yoga Nidra, Restorative & Kids Yoga.  Lauren’s mission is to empower individuals to be the catalyst for change in their life and in the world through transformational group experiences. She believes that when you create space to deeply explore the inner workings of your world, you will become more connected, clear, and confident expressing your highest self in the outside world.  Through her intuitive teaching and facilitating style, Lauren inspires people to connect with their unique personality, passions and purpose, aka their Superpowers. Lauren sees life as a divine play in which each person is the director, actor and audience of their own story. In her words, we’re all just here “living the dream.”
