The incredibly popular Yoga Nidra classes are back!

Rest your mind, restore your body and rejuvenate your energy in this powerful practice every Thursday evening. In this deeply nourishing 1.5 hour class, you will experience ultimate relaxation through Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep.

Restorative Yoga is a slow, gentle and mellow practice with passive, meditative stretches. Most poses are supported by props which allow you to completely relax and let go. After becoming present and grounded in your body, we will practice Yoga Nidra where you will be systematically guided to the state of consciousness between waking and sleeping which induces physical, mental and emotional relaxation.

Lauren Hill is a Yoga Teacher, Life Coach, Photographer and Director of Camp Wondergirl. She has been teaching Yoga for over 5 years with certifications in Vinyasa, Yoga Nidra, Restorative & Kids Yoga. Lauren’s mission is to empower individuals to be the catalyst for change in their life and in the world through transformational group experiences.
