What is yoga nidra?

Yoga nidra (or “yogic sleep”) is a form of yoga where you lay down on your back and are taken on a guided meditation of mental imagery. It’s a powerful way to access a state of deep relaxation.

What to Expect

Grounding and gentle movement—enjoy 15 minutes of light seated movement to prepare your mind and body for savaana.
Relaxing yoga nidra— while resting in savasana, enjoy a 45-minute guided meditation where you’ll be guided though the various stages of yoga nidra, including relaxation, intention setting, body scanning, breath work and visualisation.
Dim lighting, flameless LED candles, lavender eye pillows— a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere where you can switch on and relax deeply.
