𝚈𝚘𝚐𝚊 𝙽𝚒𝚍𝚛𝚊 is a ancient practice and now evidenced based practice. It is even as old as yoga itself. Is is the deepest of all meditations guiding you through a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, like the "going-to-sleep" stage, typically induced by a guided meditation.

Yogis use yoga nidra to purify the samskaras and clear karma

There is evidence that yoga nidra helps relieve stress related disorders, PTSD, depression, insomnia, chronic pain, anxiety, and chemical dependancy as well as sense of well being. It is also proven to be successful therapy with psychological disturbances with high anxiety levels, psychosomatic diseases & neurotic behaviour, also with menstruation pain

May improve hypertension, coronary heart disease, cancer, athsma.

Yoga Nidra is applied by the US Army as Integrative Rest Program to assist soldiers to recover from PTSD by developing a sense of emotional mastery

Yoga Nidra is practiced laying down, with a pillow and blankets to keep you warm and comfortable, and an optional eye pillow if you prefer.

Followed by a beautiful crystal sound journey , ginger & lemon tea while reflecting with Angel cards that are provided or you can bring your journal to journal x
