Yoga Playgroup for Parents with Babies, Toddlers and Pre-Schoolers

Have you "graduated" from mums & bubs yoga but would like to continue your yoga practice with your little crawler in tow? Are you a second-time mum who's struggling to find a yoga class you can take both your children to? Or perhaps you just never get to carve out the time at home to get on your mat because the little one(s) demand all your attention?

✨ Then Flow & Grow Family Yoga Playgroup is for YOU! ✨

This is a safe, inclusive space where you can move your body and connect with other adults while the little ones play or join in the fun. There’s no pressure for anyone to be quiet - laughter, tears and snack breaks are all welcome! 😄 We're all in the same boat, and each week will be a little different, meeting you and your child/children where you're at. 🧡

What to expect:

Arrive from 10am each week to allow your little one(s) to settle into the space. The session officially starts at 10.15am and includes:

Welcome songs to help everyone feel at ease and get our bodies moving. 🎶
Yogasana-based movement (postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises) for grown-ups to stretch, move, and possibly even relax a little. 😄
Opportunities for children to join in the movement if they feel like it. 🧘‍♀️👶
A little sprinkle of yoga philosophy to support your parenting journey. 📿📜
A story to nourish the imagination and bring a calm end to our session. 📚✨
A goodbye song to close the formal part of the session 🎶, followed by herbal tea and a chat with the other parents.

You don't need any prior yoga experience and you can bring more than one child. All parenting journeys are welcome!

BYO yoga mat if possible.

Refund policy

If Flow and Grow Family Yoga cancels a session, they will seek to organise a make-up class at a later date. If I cannot attend the rescheduled session, I will receive a partial refund for the day that was cancelled. If I can no longer attend, the following cancellation policy applies: 1) Cancellation up to 10 calendar days before the first day of playgroup: Full refund less $10 administrative fee per ticket. This includes cancellations made immediately after booking. 2) Cancellations less than 10 calendar days before the first day of playgroup: No refund or exchanges. 3) No refund, partial or full, or exchange shall be given if I miss any or all of the individual sessions included in the playgroup event. 4) No refund shall be given for the Humanitix booking fee paid by me, the customer. 5) Cancellations less than 10 calendar days before the first playgroup session where Flow & Grow Family Yoga can find a replacement and on-sell my ticket: Full refund less $10 administrative fee per ticket (this is to cover the merchant fees otherwise absorbed by Flow & Grow in the ticket price.) 6) Four (4) sessions ticket: If I have purchased the 4 sessions ticket, I can attend any four (4) sessions during the term I have booked for. Unused sessions expire at the end of the term and I understand they cannot be refunded or exchanged to another term.

Flow and Grow Family Yoga offers yoga classes designed for both you and your child, available across the Fleurieu Peninsula and throughout the Adelaide region.

Our mission is to support families in navigating the challenges of daily life with greater ease and connection. Through the transformative power of yoga, we provide practical tools that help families slow down, reduce stress, and strengthen the unique bond between parent and child.

At Flow and Grow, our family yoga workshops are designed to bring parents (and other significant caregivers) together with their children in a meaningful way. These sessions create space for both parent and child to release built-up stress, reconnect with their bodies and minds, and foster a deeper sense of connection with each other.

Our workshops are not your typical yoga classes. They are neither "kids’ yoga with adults tagging along" nor "adult yoga with kids." Instead, we blend elements of play, storytelling, yoga postures (asana), mindfulness practices, relaxation techniques, a touch of acro yoga, and the creative spirit of each participant. It’s a holistic experience that fosters joyful connection and encourages fun, relaxation, and growth for both parents and children.

Best of all, no prior yoga experience is needed—just a willingness to come together, explore, laugh and enjoy simply being with each other!
