Yoga Teen
Description
Reconnect. Reset. Just Be You.
A welcoming term program created especially for teens who want a space to slow down, reset, and reconnect with themselves in a simple, supportive way.
Each session offers a dynamic practice through movement to reconnect with yourself, helping you return to your body, release tension, and feel more grounded. The focus is on moving in a way that feels good for you, supporting calm, balance, and a clearer mind. As we learn to move with awareness, breath, and steadiness, we also discover how to meet everyday challenges with a little more ease, resilience, and clarity.
We also include gentle journaling moments to help you express what's on your mind, let go of what feels heavy, and make space for more understanding and self-connection. There’s no pressure to write perfectly or share—just a quiet space to be honest with yourself.
This is a relaxed, welcoming, and non-judgemental space where you can show up exactly as you are. No experience is needed—just come as you are and take this time for yourself each week.
✨ Completely FREE
These classes are proudly offered free of charge through the Living Well Program, supported by Noosa Council, making it easy for every teen to access this space for wellbeing and connection.
