Yoga Therapy Classes
Wednesday 9:30-11:00 am
In Person and Online
No class: December 25 and January 1
Class Description:
Different than general yoga classes, Yoga Therapy with Corina classes address specific issues using the principles of yoga therapy. When offered, monthly series focus on a new topic such as neck and shoulder pain, sleep issues, rewiring stress, bone density, balance and core strength, etc.
Emphasis is placed on how each individual is responding and understanding the work. Adaptations are offered and classes are tailored in the moment for increased awareness and benefit.
Classes can stand independently or the whole series (when offered) can be taken to more fully explore a topic. Classes are both online and in person. Series come with class videos and home practice and will resume again in 2025.
