Why a Nervous System Reset?

💻🧠Many of us spend our days operating in survival mode. Stress, responsibilities, constant stimulation, and unprocessed emotions can leave our nervous systems stuck in patterns of tension, overwhelm, anxiety, fatigue, or disconnection.

🧠While the mind may move on, the body often holds onto our experiences.

❤️Emotions that aren’t fully felt, stress that isn’t fully processed, and experiences that aren’t given space to move through us can become stored within the body as muscular tension, shallow breathing patterns, chronic stress responses, and nervous system dysregulation.

With over 15 years of experience, Sofia brings a deeply intuitive and nurturing approach to her work. Her teachings are grounded, intentional, and designed to guide you back into connection with yourself.
