In the context of information evolution things are moving FAST…VERY FAST and our brains must function at optimal capacity to keep up with the amount of information we now need to deal with. AI is doubling in capability every two years, and we must be aware of the potential unintended consequences within our lives professionally and personally before it’s too late.

There are new terms such as “Infobesity”, “Digital Dementia” and “Infoxication” being created which refer to the decline in cognitive ability from the extraordinary increase in the load of data we now need to manage. It is estimated that we are now processing 74GB of data every day which is more than our ancestors would process in a lifetime, yet we are still operating with our “Human Operating System” functioning from a brain which is hundreds of years old and largely unchanged.

As an independent consultant, she has worked across multiple industries including Government, Corporate, Financial, Insurance, Mining, Manufacturing, Trade Services, Aged Care, Consulting, Retail, Technology, Pharmaceutical and Education to help leaders to drive exceptional people & performance outcomes. Prior to setting up her consultancy, she operated her own successful commercial finance broking business and knows firsthand the challenges of creating a sustainable, profitable operation based on strong business-to-business relationships.
