Your Embodied Self
A movement journey into the heart of who you are

Do you wonder how being embodied can support your life?

All of your life experiences are stored in your body. By consciously moving with them, you will discover that your body shows you what needs to be felt, expressed, and transformed - and uncover the deeper truth of who you are.

By working with our dancing body, we have access to the depth of communication that occurs between heart, mind and soul.

Your soul is here to learn, and your body holds the wisdom.

Our highest purpose lives within the wisdom of our bodies. Your Embodied Self is a key to unlocking that knowledge and awakening the full potential of your being.

In this 2 day workshop we journey together through the 4 Orientations of Azul: Listening, Allowing, Opening and Moving Towards. These Orientations create an upward spiral of awakening, just waiting for you to say yes.

This is the YES of Your Embodied Self.

The 4 Orientations of Azul

Every Azul experience moves through the 4 Orientations. In this workshop we slow down and spend time inside of each one together.

Listening invites us to drop into sensation, to soften the noise of the mind, and receive the subtle guidance of the body.
Allowing supports our ability to meet life as it is, reminding us not to resist what’s happening but rather to allow us to experience it to the fullest.
Opening extends us further. As we open, we create space for new possibilities to emerge.
Moving Towards encourages us to deepen with the moment, connecting us to the understanding that everything in life is part of our growth.
