Before your experience

Please keep an eye on your inbox. Prior to your session, you will receive a Client Intake & Waiver Form to complete before attending.

For Floating Sound Baths, please wear something comfortable that you can completely relax in. You’ll be resting on a floating mattress above the water, and generally only your feet may get wet. Please arrive approximately 5 minutes before the session so you have time to settle in.

For Aqua Yoga, please wear comfortable swimwear and bring a towel.

At The Floating Mind and Yoga, our experiences are created as an invitation to step away from the constant doing, slow down and reconnect.

There is nowhere else you need to be, nothing you need to achieve and nothing you need to do.

Simply arrive, settle in and allow yourself the space to stop.
